Robin has over fifteen years of experience as a practicing Minnesota attorney. He represents several professional agencies serving the needs of the elderly and persons with disabilities. His work in the guardianship and conservatorship area has included filing hundreds of petitions for appointment as well as the subsequent administration of cases. He has extensive experience with filing emergency guardianship and/or conservatorship petitions, petitions for extraordinary medical treatment and with contested guardianship and/or conservatorship cases.
